Terms of Sales

1 – Introduction

This note contains the legal terms and conditions which govern the Studiozero-vetro e-commerce website, defined in the link www.studiozerovetro.it. The use of the pages here contained implies in the acceptance of all the provisions present in this document. All of the purchases of products made through Studiozero-vetro are regulated by the mentioned general conditions, as well as by other provisions and instructions contained in the website. In the event of conflict between the above mentioned provisions and instructions and those contained in the general conditions, the latter shall prevail. We welcome our Clients to read these general conditions with care. The eventual changes made shall be valid from the day of their publication.

2 – Purchase

The present General Sales Conditions regulate the relationship between Studiozero-vetro and the Client regarding the purchase of Products made through the website. Any matters not expressly governed by this General Sales Condition, refer to provision of Legislative Decree n°206 of 6th September, 2005 and to applicable rules of the Civil Code. The Client can purchase the products in the electronic catalog, illustrated in detail in the product’s files. To access our sales service, it is necessary to:

have the requirements to access legally binding contracts
be able to stipulate legally binding contracts
have a valid e-mail address
have a valid system of certification and payment

The receipt by the Seller of the Order Confirmation, complete in all its parts, transmitted by Client through the computer, determines the end of the Contract. With the end of the Contract, the Seller shall supply the Client with the products according to the terms and conditions of this General Sales Conditions, without prejudice to the right to not process orders against persons who do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency. The Client, with the transmission of the Order Confirmation, unconditionally accepts and agrees to observe in its relations with Studiozero-vetro the provisions contained in these General Sales Conditions, as well as the additional information contained in the website’s pages. The amount of the order will be charged on the payment system at the time of purchase.

3 – Products

The images on this website are for representational purposes only, normally corresponding to the product. However, Studiozero-vetro would like to specify that all its products are entirely handmade according to the ancient techniques of master glass makers; small imperfections and variations of sizes or color are the hallmark of the manual execution and can not be considered defects. All product prices are clearly indicated on the website and are inclusive of VAT only. They do not include additional and different taxes, levies and duties arranged by the relevant applicable legislation, such as those provided on importation. Where and when necessary, the Client should provide to clear the importation and to pay the levies and duties (different from VAT) eventually due in the importation Country. We invite the Client to previously contact the country’s customs authorities to check on costs and eventual import limitations.

4 – Prices and Shipping Costs

All the sales prices of the products exposed and indicated in the website www.studiozerovetro.it are expressed in Euro. All the products selected for the purchase, that is, the ones inserted in the “Shopping Cart”, will be given indication of their unit price, total price and the total inclusive of VAT, expressed in Euro. The prices in Euro are inclusive of VAT, the wrapping, the authenticity card of the product and the packaging. The shipping costs vary according to the country of deliverance: ITA Euro 5.00, EU Euro 8.00 EXTRA EU Euro 13.00. Shipping is free for purchases equal to or more than Euro 80.00.

5 – Payments

Payments can be made through PayPal (credit card) and Money Transfer. The purchase must be paid for before the shipment. The accepted credit cards are: Visa, MasterCard, Postepay Card, American Express and PayPal. On-line payments with credit cards are protected by a highly efficient data protection system. The order can be paid by credit card associated with the secure payment system PayPal ®. All the information relative to the credit card are communicated directly by the client to PayPal ®, without passing through Studiozero-vetro’s server which will not have access to the client’s credit card number. PayPal automatically encrypts all the information regarding the transaction with a security protocol called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) of 128-bits (the highest level available for on-line commerce). Payment through PayPal ® is another payment method totally safe and the payment order can be made directly on one’s own account. The personal information relative to the account and to the credit card of the Client are managed directly by PayPal, which sends an email communication to Studiozero-vetro once the payment has been made. For further information visit www.paypal.com To avoid cancellation, the Client is asked to pay immediately after receiving the order confirmation and instructions for payment. Payments in fulfillment of the Purchase Contracts entered into through the website may be made through PayPal system. It is not possible to pay with payments methods different from those mentioned. Whenever a Client proceeds to the purchase of products, the financial data will be forwarded to the Institute of reference, which by encryption will ensure the confidentiality of the data, will provide immediate verification of the validity of data and charge the total amount of each contract purchase. The Seller reserves the right to request Client’s information at any time (e.g. telephone number) or transmission of copies of documents proving the ownership of the credit card used for the completion of the Purchase Contract. In the lack of transmission of information or further required documentation by the Client, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the order or to withdraw from the Purchase Contract, giving notice to the Client through the specified email address.

6 – Delivery

The products purchased will be delivered at the address indicated by the Client. Each shipment contains the goods ordered and the sales receipt. The delivery of the package is normally made on working days after receipt of payment. Every object is made to order, so shorts delays are possible due to accumulation of orders. Eventual delays in delivery will be immediately communicated (to know the production and delivery timing contact Studiozero-vetro at the following e-mail: info@studiozerovetro.it). Shipment is made by express courier. The ways and times of delivery vary according to region/nation, but are normally 1-2 working days for Italy and 4-5 working days for abroad. The Client is required to verify that the package be intact and undamaged before the withdrawal of the product STORAGE PLACE: Two delivery attempts are made for both forms of shipment, after which the package goes to storage place. Therefore please do not place orders if you are not certain of being able to personally pick up (or through one of your delegate) the package upon arrival or from the storage place. At the time the package goes to the storage place, it will be your concern to pick up the goods at the courier’s office indicated on the notice that will be sent to you. When sending the order request, please fill in fields in detail: phone number and destination of the goods and eventual delivery times. Specify exactly the shipping address and recipient/company name, otherwise we are not held responsible and any additional shipping charges will be billed to the Client. In case of non-withdrawal, unless proven negligence of the courier, Studiozero-vetro reserves the right not to fulfill orders from Clients who have refused previous packages. If the Client wishes to issue the invoice, he will have to submit a request for it no later than 3 working days from the order’s placement to the following e-mail address: info@studiozerovetro.it.

7 – Withdrawals / Returns

All transactions that take place at the e-commerce website of Studiozero-vetro are based on implementation of directives Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as modified by Legislative Decree 21/2014. The consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract within 14 working days from the day of receipt of goods, with no obligation to provide a reason. Studiozero-vetro will accept, without hesitation, the return of any article, if in perfect condition, refunding the full amount (excluding shipping charges, as required by Italian law in accordance with Article 56, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 21/14). The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending, within the deadline, a written notice to the e-mail address of the Seller: info@studiozerovetro.it. The Seller will reimburse the amount of the purchased good within 15 working days. Reimbursement occurs by transfer of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Client for the initial transaction. The Client does not incur in any fees as a result of the reimbursement. The Seller is not responsible in any way for damage or theft or loss of products being returned; therefore, each risk remains the sole responsibility of the Client. In any case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions of exercise of withdrawal provided for above, and in the event of damage of the product by causes other than transport of the same, the Purchase Contract will remain valid and effective. The Seller will inform the Client sender of the products wrongly returned, charging the same shipping costs. In any case, the Client will lose his rights to return when the Seller finds that:

the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact
the product is missing in its external and/or internal packaging
the product is missing an integral part of its own and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.)

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will return the item purchased to sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already repaid, the product price. 8 – Guarantee in case of broken product

If when opening the package, the product proves broken, the Client must give notice within 3 days from the date of delivery to: info@studiozerovetro.it, enclosing a full and appropriate documentation, including photographs. Studiozero-vetro will provide to re-send the product in its entirety to the Client in the shortest possible time. The broken product shall return to the office of Studiozero-vetro. This operation must be made in agreement with Studiozero-vetro which will pay for the shipping costs and program the withdrawal of the product by an express courier. 9 – Communications and Claims

All communications or eventual claims by the Client regarding Studiozero-vetro’s Purchase Contract should be sent via e-mail to: info@studiozerovetro.it.

11 – Venue/Applicable Laws

The visitors to the www.studiozerovetro.it website accept the jurisdictions of the Italian Law. For civil disputes (Art. 66 bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005) the territorial jurisdiction is of the court of place of residency or domicile of the consumer, if located within the State territory.
